Over 25 years, Takako lived in Tokyo, Paris, Normandie, Louisville (KY), Lyon, Philadelphia and New York with her three boys and French husband. During this long journey, she met people of all backgrounds and learned an incredible amount about various cultures. The most fascinating part of meeting people was when experiencing their cuisine. Even when it is difficult to communicate through language, delicious meals are a universal way of spreading happiness. Even for moody teenagers (with which she has had many years of experience), yummy desserts are a magical way to make them smile. We would like to invite you to Frapanese table.
